Professional background
Kevin brings substantial experience garnered from a diverse career at Hewlett-Packard. He has enjoyed senior roles in sales, marketing, strategic planning, customer service, product development, strategic M&A and overall business leadership. His executive education was taken at Michigan & Northwestern Universities majoring on governance, leadership and change.

A well-known contributor to the fields of leadership and coaching, he is passionate about the potential of this work to transform organisations and cultures. Kevin is extensively trained in coaching and coach supervision and contributes to the training of coaches and in-company leaders to coach as an MCF faculty member. He is a board member of the International Coach Federation.

Personal interests
Kevin lives with his partner in Bristol, UK. He has a passion for adventure and travels extensively for both business and pleasure. As a keen sportsman, he plays polo (badly) and pursues his passion for diving, sailing and trekking when time allows.
