She studied Education at Birmingham University and is an ICF accredited coach, having received her coach training with Coach U, CTI and Q-OPD. She is accredited to use the Hay Group’s Emotional Competency Inventory and has completed training in Humanistic Psychotherapy. A believer in continual professional and personal development, Katie achieved accreditation in TMSDI’s Team Management Profiling in 2003 and accreditation in their Team Performance Profile, Linking Skills Profile, and Opportunity Orientation Profile in 2005. Katie completed her NLP Practitioner training in 2004 and is completing Post Graduate studies in Humanistic Psychotherapy and Mediation Training currently. ![]() Professional Affiliations Katie Rowland is a member of the International Coach Federation. ![]() Personal Interests Katie is a keen sportswoman (particularly netball, tennis, water-sports, skiing and horse riding).
