What about with people?

We are also looking for innovative ways that we can better the world around us for the people around us. For example, as the Leadership and Performance Academy grows, we are looking to create a ‘Kids Academy’ so that we can help children understand the qualities and philosophies that they possess as teenagers, and how to retain these. Typically teenagers view failure with things they enjoy such as skateboarding, skiing, playstations, etc. as feedback. Yet by the time they reach business, they risk being beaten up for failing, and get caught up in a ‘blame-culture’ type environment.
